Edelman Germany will begin cooperating with Deep Value Advisors, a specialist strategic communications consultancy. The cooperation will enable Edelman Germany to expand and deepen its expertise and resources in the fields of capital market communications, restructuring, special situations and mergers and acquisitions. Within the strategic alliance, the partners of Deep Value Advisors will support Edelman Germany as senior advisors.

The need for advice and support is increasing swiftly in this rapidly changing situation. "Many companies are currently facing completely new and complex challenges as a result of the corona crisis, for example in securing the continued existence of the company, i.e. avoiding insolvency, or in pending refinancing," says Christiane Schulz, CEO of Edelman Germany.
